As a provider of custom website development services, our work is tailored specifically to each client's needs. Unlike physical products, digital services cannot be returned in the traditional sense. This policy reflects the unique nature of web development services.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any stage by providing written notice. Upon cancellation:

All work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rate

Any deposit paid will be applied to work completed

If the deposit exceeds the value of work completed, the difference will be refunded within 14 business days

Clients will receive all completed work in its current state

3.2 Cancellation Before Work Commences

If a project is cancelled before work has started, the full deposit will be refunded minus a 10 percent administrative fee to cover initial consultation and planning time.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 When Refunds Are Available

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

We fail to deliver agreed-upon services as specified in the project agreement

Technical issues prevent project completion and we are unable to resolve them

We cancel the project due to circumstances on our side

Mutual agreement between client and Squizspyx

4.2 When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after work has commenced

Delays caused by client failing to provide necessary materials or feedback

Dissatisfaction with design after client has approved mockups or prototypes

Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, or plugins

Completed and delivered projects

5. Project Revisions and Amendments

5.1 Included Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the project agreement. These revisions allow clients to request changes to ensure the final product meets expectations.

5.2 Additional Revisions

Revisions beyond those included in the agreement will be billed at our standard hourly rate. This does not qualify for a refund as it represents additional work requested by the client.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must:

Submit a written request via email to info@squizspyx.world

Provide detailed reasons for the refund request

Reference the project agreement or invoice number

Allow up to 5 business days for initial response

6.2 Refund Review

We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis considering:

The stage of project completion

The reason for the refund request

The terms of the project agreement

Communication history between client and our team

6.3 Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, payment will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered based on:

The percentage of work completed

Materials and resources already invested in the project

Time spent on consultation, planning, and development

Third-party costs that cannot be recovered

8. Deposits and Advance Payments

8.1 Non-Refundable Deposits

Initial project deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure our time and commitment to your project.

8.2 Deposit Application

Deposits will be applied to work completed. If work completed is less than the deposit amount and cancellation is initiated by the client without cause, the remaining balance will be refunded minus applicable administrative fees.

9. Disputes and Resolution

9.1 Good Faith Efforts

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and in good faith. Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, we encourage open communication to resolve issues.

9.2 Mediation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Third-Party Services

Costs for third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, stock images, or other external resources are non-refundable as these are paid to third parties and cannot be recovered.

11. Satisfaction Commitment

While our refund policy has specific terms, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.

12. Exceptions

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law. If you believe our services are defective or not as described, you may have additional rights.

13. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Existing projects will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of agreement.
